Nice shots guys.  Those pics of the rain really give you an idea of how bad it was.  Keep them coming as you all dry off.   Cool

I was just thinking about how good all these shots are, and how mine are not competitive with them...

We'll see as soon as I get them off the cards, I suppose.

Great shots, guys!

It's not a competition. We're here to share and learn from one another.

Bill:

Shooting from the Tyndall Tower's catwalk is an unfair advantage.

I agree, BRDA. Please note, however, that the departure shot was taken when I was about 20' from you on Saturday. As I said, there are probably 20 versions of this same shot from the same place. Can't wait to see yours.

From my short time getting to know Zeke, he is always pumped up and excited about flying. And just like Max, and just like Nuke, and just like Ritz, and just like all of them, he is a perfectionist. All the teams de-brief and critique every show as part of thier striving for perfection. Not only did he de-brief with his team about the Raptor's show, but after meeting with you, he met with the other three Heritage pilots to debrief that portion of the show.

Here is a bona fide unfair shot, taken from the tower's catwalk, showing the long lines for the porta-johns.

What a great show, shared with a great bunch of people in the photopit. A huge thanks to Roger, Liza and last but certainly not least Dave Schultz and his team for making it all possible. Great to see Rich Kolasa again as well out there.

Just one shot for now of my highlight of the show, the QF-4, just a shame the weather meant it only got to fly on one day.

Hopefully the photopit group can hold back from posting a few of their favourite shots here and save them for the article...

Hope everyone gets home safely. See you next year hopefully!

No doubt about 20 FC versions of Zeke's rainy day take off. My offering in the non-competition:

Excellent Bill. Sometimes that dark grey sky really produces some great background and this is a perfect example .......... Fantastic  Afro Afro Afro Afro
