Judging from the roar I just heard from my house it sounds like the Spads just took off on runway 3-5  (heading north)

I've spent most of my money on strippers, beer, and photography. The rest I've wasted......

Spads were up this morning.  Four Cowboys stopped at Alliance this morning.  I have not checked the NOTAM's yet, but the JRB airfield will almost certainly be closed for the holiday.
This normally (not always) drives transients to Alliance, so here's hoping for some interesting stuff to celebrate the New Year.

I can see from my apartment that currently there's an F-22 circling above the air station.

EDIT: after circling around for about 7 minutes, it is doing some touch-and-go's now.
EDIT: just flew over my apartment: B-1B escorted by 2 other F-22's.
EDIT: all three F-22's just landed on rwy 35. B-1B probably continued to Dyess AFB.

Also heard the F-35 on my scanner.

Keith Hangs out at TCU a bit...maybe he got some shots...

I went out to the stadium yesterday to see what was on the ground and all I saw was this F-16 (Which is the 3rd F-16 built...no a folding display recruitment tool) and a USAF Academy glider...This being the "Bell Helicopter" Armed Forces Bowl you would think they would have at least ONE Helo there...
