Please don't post RC photos here.  There is a thread for them.  Thanks.

Fooled you didn't I?

It's a Fort Worth thang.

Nice shots of BF-2. It must of heard that I was not coming out that day and decided to fly. Does anyone know who the pilot was for the first flight? Zane, your right, that silly little thing called work seems to get in my way of my pursuit of happiness.

Frank, great to hear about a NASFW open house and really excited about a QF-4 demo. Cant wait.

Cheers all,

Dan

Mustang92, where did you take the World Airways and the VFA-106 F-18 from?  Were you on base?  Those are two angles I haven't seen before and I didn't think there was a parking spot directly across from the Wal-Mart on the other side of the runway.  Did you just stop along the highway?  I'm just interested in knowing if there is a new place to shoot from.

I was wondering the same thing.  I had never seen shots from that angle either.  As for the World Airways jet,  seems I have seen those being used to ferry troops to and from Iraq/Afghanistan.  Just a guess.

Very nice shots, Jordan. I see that you were in the spot that I showed you and your Dad. It's great isn't it?

For the rest of you, I had mentioned it on here some time back when they first closed the spot. It's the old railroad bed that runs along the west fence. You just pull off of 341 where it once crossed the road and back your vehicle down it. It puts you right between taxiways Delta and Echo. It's great for north wind days. You can not see the north end of the runway due to a rise in the way so you have to be vigilant on south wind days.

Keith, have you or anyone else heard for sure as to how long the Canucks will be here? Nice shot, BTW.
