i'm new to the board but just thought i'd say that i really enjoy your pictures. that, and, what an incredibly random place to bump into a former band mate. Smiley

I knew I recognized that screen name.  I was going to give you a call.  This is a good place to see lots of great photos.  See you around.

looks like Scott hit the Friday transient jackpot!  Nice shots.  Great banking shot of the Greek Viper as well.  I heard the Vipers arrive I believe using the Speed callsign?  Didn't know about the hornets though.  I also think there was a Buff that either did some practice approaches in there last night or stayed for an overnight last night.  Could still be on the ground.  I heard them on approach.  Anyway, great shots as always Scott...I'll try to make it out sometime next week.

Thanks Brandon, it was a good day considering I didn’t get out there until late afternoon although I would trade a few of my Viper sightings for your Prowlers.  Nice catch on those.  The Buff must have left before I got there, I didn’t see it anywhere on the ramp.

ha. . .     you got that right.   I was looking out my apartment window today and caught that big white Navy E-6 doing touch and goes. . . other than that. . . the usual suspects were flying.

On a side note, i know the Spads are getting ready to deploy again sometime this month. So the local activity will quiet down for the next 6 months. Cry  I'll try to get an exact time and date, and maybe we can get out there for the departure.

Hey guys, where is a good place to park now that they have fenced off the 'spot'?  I was thinking at the building across the street, but thought they might get mad and have us towed or something.
