I had the honor of going there today.  The recuiter had to talk to me in person and he told me to come up to McGuire..  after our little talk.. i asked him if i could drive around the base for a bit..  he said sure..  so i found a few spots to take some pics..  the fence gets in the way in a few of them.   But hey, it McGuire.. its hard enough to find pics of planes in McGuire.. here are a few. i should have more up sometime this week

btw.. im going back up there on the 20th for a full base tour.  I'll will have a tour of everything, including the KC-10s and C-17s  Grin

edit : 3 years later..   Grin   i now understand military ops now..and photos are a no no  Lips Sealed  thanks for topping this  Afro

Heh, nice pics.  I've probably worked on every KC-10 you took a photo of at one time or another.

I would recommend you to be really careful next time. If you're caught photographing while on a military installation without proper permission, you could get into a lot of trouble.

Back in 90s, I also photographed incoming tankers at McGuire - from a park area which was also part of the base and thus a military installation. I knew very well that we could get some questions asked but this was well before 9/11.
