Definitely a nice catch and a rare image I'm sure, Jake!!! ID tailcode with a CT bolt on the tail.  Afro

Here are four former CT birds from today(6-4-08), shooting approaches at their new base in Boise.
they are;
78-0633
78-0643 (still sporting the t-bolt tail)
78-0707

Thanks for the shots Jake - good to see them flying!
I believe the Crew Chief on 084 is transfering or has already transfered to Boise.
Thanks again for sharing Jake!

Found this from Aviation Nation last year.

The setting sun made for some neat lighting textures. Wink

Hog 71 departing for home from Alliance.
The 184th FS performed the flyover at the Texas Motor Speedway last night.

Nice shot of 78-0621 Curt!!
78-0621 was formally the “Wing King” of the 103rd FW/118th FS – a little odd to see it in its new AR markings after having such a striking appearance in its 80th Anniversary scheme.
Thanks for the shot, and here’s a few more of 78-621 in her “former glory”.

And thanks to everyone for all the nice Hog shots – most especially, it’s neat to see the 118th Hogs in their new colors.

Good shooting!
Mike

Mike, those are some great shots! I love the colors, they remind me of when I was in Michigan last Oct.
