Anybody who knows the actual serial number of the A-10 which is currently on display as gate guard at Shaw AFB (marked as 81-0964, 55 FS, SW)?

See: http://www.a-10.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=13262

I would be very grateful for any support.

A couple Maryland A-10s came into Barnes for a short visit while I was there on 7 August- brought back memories of when Barnes had A-10s

They were told to load everything BUT the kitchen sink.  Some airmen can not follow directions.

When it came up in conversation with a friend that they hung everything but the kitchen sink on that ship, it was just too good to resist.
I was wondering when somebody would notice.  Grin
