Nice Hog in the storm light Jim.

I'll keep things rolling with a Nellis Hog. The driver pulled his wheels up for me and if you look closely he is giving me the "hang loose" sign.  Cool

Or, in fighter-pilot-speak, "push it up!"  Afro

So many amazing stunning shots of my fav a/c shots and nice to see Ernie above me.

There is a rumour that to A10s will be at Avalon Airshow in March. We have never had them here before to my knowledge, not even on exercises. The rumour is static display only, which would be very sad.

Does anyone have any pics of A10s with panel damage?

New stitch from Indianapolis 2008. Friday evening just after they arrived.

56 x 43 inches at 360 ppi. About 315 megapixels from 137 images. This image is 1/20 full size.

That's 1.38 Billion pixels (minus a few stuck on here and there on my sensor) or about 4 times more than was really necessary. But... I expect software will catch up to use those extra pixels to do a super-resolution stitch in a few years to make the image even larger. Not that I expect to be able to afford an 8 foot wide printer in even 5-10 years from now... only $63,000 for the 110 inch wide Grand Format.  Grin

Maybe I'll be able to get a better picture by then... Too much background clutter here (unless you were involved with the show and your booth is in the background!)

Notice in the detail image of the door art that the rivets are painted on...
