I can't believe there isn't a Mentor thread. Well, there is now. Here are some from the Gathering of Mentors at Palm Springs Air Museum over this last weekend.

FWIW, I think the line may have been ``At least I still have my motor skills.``  But it was all kinda fuzzy... - M.M. aka Rainman

Nice series -- I'll make a contrib, not quite as spectacular for us land-locked photobugs.

Thanks Roger. It was actually three days filled with flying.  Shocked They had 16 T-34s at the gathering this year and it was gusty and turbulent, but fun.

dabspk, where was that one taken? I'm not familiar with that Mentor.

Nice one of Julie's T-34, Bill. That is a pretty one (the airplane, I mean!)

What an entertaining routine she has! How much does a Mentor cost these days? Seems like great personal transportation.

Is she having fun, or what?

That T-34 was a drop-in at one of the display days at the Petaluma airport -- I forget from which local airport it came from, I want to say Stockton..

Here's another drop-in at Petaluma...

There's a fairly nice T-34 up on Courtesy Aircraft's site right now for $195,000. They are nice airplanes and really fun.

Looks like that last one from Petaluma had a shooter in the back.
