also, that size picture under 200kb is full of noise and compression artifacts so no C&C possible beyond RESIZE

Great shots. Saw one of the 135 yesterday afternoon taking off while driving south on the 405 and further south saw a C-17 getting ready for final.

MC-130-? can anyone help me with some more info (USAF 31212)
31212 again, didn't stay long, pulled right up to the tower too.
Moved around the base a bit during the day

Went home for lunch and caught this guy from the front yard. Hickam 55152
Hickam 55152 heading out.
A couple more went in today, C-17's from March & Travis and a F-18 from the Sharp Shooters.

Well, if everything else fails, read the
FAQ
. Resize to either 900x600 or 1000x667 pixels and stay just under 200kB. Save for Web in PS Elements allows you to accomplish that, for example. Personally, I like it best when the original aspect ratio is kept (3x2).
