I couldn't find a thread dedicated to SZP and I think it definitely deserves one.  If no one has ever been there its a small airport tucked between two mountain ranges just North of Los Angeles and they have a great little museum and an open house/fly-in every first Sunday of the month.  I'm a little biased because I live about 5 miles from the airport and am there almost every day.  Here are a few photos from the last few months.

Today was SZP's monthly open house.  It was pretty busy but nothing really out of the ordinary, here are a few from today.

ha ha yeah Bio Diesel for sure  Grin  I talked with the pilot afterward and he didn't mention anything so I'm not sure whats up with the dark smoke to be honest with you???
