According to Bill Cornick's site, this show is cancelled. Can any of our west coaster confirm? Other performers show it's still on.

I just called the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce which is sponsoring the event and they stated that it was in fact still on, including the airshow portion.

Hope that clears things up.

I just got the details on this event and it is going to be loads of fun! For those who have not heard, it's basicly a big party with food, boat races and a air show.  Dance Looks like the light will be spot on for the air-show. I'll be there for sure!  Afro

Talked to Melissa at the last IAC meeting and she was still on for the show. So as far as I know its still on.

Originally it was supost to be Sunday only, but after the Delta show canceled I thought they were on for Sat & Sunday now. What a surprise. Are you hanging around to see if anything goes up at 3PM?

Eddie - We just sampled the fried seafood, watched the boring jet ski race (I see enough of that when bass fishing) and went home.  An event staffer explained that the boat races and airshow are Sunday-only this year.  The lighting should be perfect and I would recommend entering the main gate and going straight back to the water, on a small point that sticks into the river.  P.S.
