rander-

Did you happen to get walk arounds of Felix 102?

Reason I ask is, we here at VF-Decals are looking to do a decal sheet of this a/c.

If you'd like to hook us up, please shoot me an email to: brian@vfdecals.com

Thanks!

If you look hard, you can see F-14 157986 below. I took this shot as they were closing the doors on the Intrepid yesterday before moving it to Bayonne, NJ for overhaul. No word on what will be done with the aircraft, but a large crane was waiting nearby.

Well, here's the latest news I heard today about the Last Tomcat Flight:
Just got off the phone with my Grumman contact and he said right now the expected arrival time of the F-14 at Republic Airport on Wednesday
is between 11:30 and 11:40 in the morning. It will be followed by Grumman ceremony around noon at the American American Power Museum.
Hopefully Dave can confirm this arrival info with his VF31 contacts down at Oceana also.   Afro

I'm deeply hurt, do you mean you've never read my article? http://www.fencecheck.com/magazine/articles/09_01_06_tomcat_tr.php

All of the info on the pilots/RIOs from the last Trap and Cat are in there.
