My first large format stitch of the show from the last set that I photographed at the show. The sun was mostly out and low enough for a nice picture or 60.

Full size is 15600 x 8040 pixels, 750 Megabytes file size as 16 bit TIFF. About 43 x 23 inches at 360 ppi.

This is a 1/10 size version at 1560 x 804 pixels.

Trey, is this yours? Very nice. I also saw that it was an award winner in 1992 and still looks like it.

Great shots Thomas!

Love the long vapor trail!

(Just a little FYI...the British aircraft is a Sea Fury...not a Hurricane as you have it labeled.)

Hey Thomas,

I Love the ground shot, how plain it is with the quonset hangar in the background, awesome colors.  Thank you!

Unfortuneatly the plane isn't ours, but, fortuneatly, dad flies the plane quite a bit.  The '6 is owned by a successful car dealer here in Indiana, Tom Wood.  Tom owns this, a Mustang that was at the show (HI*G), a Bearcat, and a Sabre.

Aaron, that's a pretty cool pic, with the Sea Fury above dad.  He's gonna like that one!

Can't wait to see more pics from the TBM and our flights!  You guys rock! Cheers Afro

Here's a shot from Sunday morning.  I'm holding back on the cool shots for awhile  Lips Sealed Grin Afro

I like this first one. Not a great shot technically, but cool none the less.

Also the worlds shortest carrier landing courtesy the Alabama Boys.

I am reposting my images.  I did a bit of editing, and included the missing middle image, showing gear touching the ground.  The FedEx truck, just happened to be parked there, since FedEx was a major sponsor of the Airshow.  Cannot exactly remove it from the image.  Cool

Clipping occurred on the 2nd image, due to FOV @ 300mm, which is what you see.  I had no room, nor time to switch bodies.  Angry
