We are still developing our new airshow system.

The airshow system/area has four distinct sections;

- Database / Search
- Calendar
- Forums
- Reports

These four areas are all inter-linked.  You can search (once we're done with the system) by location, demo team and month.  The results will link to the discussion thread and website.

You will not be able to add shows yourself anymore, but if you know about a show, please email the details (name, dates, website, location, etc.) to our Airshow Boss, Liza, at liza@fencecheck.com

If you have any questions, comments and or suggestions, let us know.

FWIW, I think the line may have been ``At least I still have my motor skills.``  But it was all kinda fuzzy... - M.M. aka Rainman

Hello All!

May have noticed a big change in the listing titles. It's one of a few little changes being made for the new year to help make using the airshow section more fun and useful.

The Google maps are now zoomed in to the ground level. Some of them may require backing off just a bit to see the whole airport/base layout. Also, the weather link is searching Weather.com a little differently so more are working correctly now.

Looking at adding one more feature - links to the performers' websites. When a performer is listed, they will have a link hidden behind their names to their site (if they have one).

PS - for those who may not realize the boards are sortable, one may click on the column title to sort on it. Click it again and it will reverse the sort. Now with the country and state/province added to the show titles, one may sort on the event title and page to the area of interest. The database searches under the Airshows tab at the top of the page are still available, too.

Couple small updates today...

1. The Google maps have been zoomed back a level to be able to see the airfields better.

2. Urls have been added to most of the performers (still more to go) so anyone may click on the links to learn more about each one. As of now the links work on the airshow page for each show in the Previews area. Those pages may be reached by using the Airshow Database under the Airshows tab at the top or by clicking on "Airshow Database Page with Map" link in the first post of each preview thread.
