So no Fence Check dinner for this year? I could not find any post on Travel Arrangement board...

After organizing the dinner for the last two years, I will be unable to make it to Nellis this year. I was in Vegas last month, San Francisco two weeks ago and New York last week, so my travel budget has been tapped. Hopefully, I'll be back next year with similar (or better) arrangements.

As far as suggestions for where to shoot on the flight line, it is no secret that the right side of the fence (facing the runway) will have the best light. You will need to get there early.

...forecast shows it will be nice weather for the show (well I've seen in gloomy before in Las Vegas this time of the year:).  Thinking there will be less folks this year, but that should shorten the bus lines from 3 to only 2 hrs

I will take early flight on Friday so I should be on Vegas around 8:00 AM. Hope I can catch some actions on Friday
