(sounds good Mark!)

Captured these Pilatuses ("Pilati"??) at the Napa airport on Sunday. Was a gorgeous (but windy) day -- deep blue skies and lots of puffy white clouds, and some rain clouds all around. Unfortunately, not much traffic...

Tried really hard to catch that rainbow in the background but the angle was tough..

Cool airport for biz jets too...

The Sonoma area was crawling with warbirds this weekend... these were all at Petaluma, but I saw several others flying around throughout the weekend.

There was a memorial service/event at one of the hangars for a longtime instructor/aviation personality that just about everyone in the area seemed to know -- several warbirds, including two Mustangs (posted some pics in the mustang thread) came in to take part. And they all went up for some for some formation fly-bys in the afternoon. Steadfast came down from Santa Rosa to take part in the formations but never landed -- he did do one heckuva cool fast pass down the runway before he departed however. That shot of him is the last one I was able to squeeze out of my battery! (left the spares at home  Head Against Wall)

No, it was there on Saturday -- I think just doing it's own grassroots PR tour... trying to sell 'em.

Those little rotocoptors scare me.  It's like strapping a leaf blower to your back and jumping off a cliff!
